Looking for aftermarket headlights for 06 Z4M
Greetings
As my driver side headlight developed a small but annoying crack, I decided to look for a replacement. Even used original headlights cost a lot, I thought I am better off purchasing aftermarket replacement for BOTH sides, such as this http://www.ebay.com/itm/133154215742 Please comment. Anyone replaced headlights lately? I have 2006 Z4 M roadster, silver. Thank you. |

Chinese garbage. Suck it up and replace it with an OEM light.

If you don't mind spending about $3k, you could go with OSS Design. They're the best in the aftermarket world and currently working on headlights for a client's E85/86. They did a job on an E89 and it looks sick, but very pricey. I sold my OE headlights a few years ago in almost perfect condition for $800.

OEM only. Otherwise have them professionally redone with halos and better projectors for around $1,000

I took mine yesterday to Maaco, and they polished the headlights so good they look new.
When I got home I sprayed UV Inhibitors (like a clear coat), and it even looks better. I couldnt seem to find headlights which looked stock, and didn't want to spend a grand for new ones. This cost me $50. |

I recommend finding a used OEM light which will also give you the option to upgrade the projector if you want better light on the road. Chinese lights just don't seem right on your German car
