z4 Limited Edition numbered posters?
Hey,
I was wondering If anyone knows where I would be able to get my hands on one of these posters? I've been a big fan of Joshua Davis since my teen years, I actually got into design because of his work. I recently remembered he had released a set of posters that came with the car when purchased from the dealer. I recently created a mini-design home office and would love this hanging on my walls. If anyone has any info, please let me know. I contacted Joshua but have not heard back. Here is the video of the creation of the posters: http://www.hillmancurtis.com/index.p...josh_davis_z4/

found it.
http://joshuadavis.*********.com/product/bmw-z4-blue sadly the car is not on this one, it only says the words Z4 on it. I've seen the official ones and they had a full image of a z4 on the bottom right. $280 is pricey

hahah yea its an acquired taste.
He was an amazing flash website designer. He was so huge he was featured on CNN. There old studio use to charge 1 million a web site. I guess its sentimental value.

BMW doesn't have them..
280 is a lot especially for a glossy paper print. Only 500 will be printed and numbered, I hate when they limited edition stuff sometimes and increase the price like it's printed on some holy grail paper.

Thanks for the link, cool video.
Art always comes at a price. These are very cool prints.

$280 isn't bad for something like this IMO. I recently bought a SHAG print for my wife and it was more than that, but worth it. Like you're into Josh's work, we're into Shag's style and flavor. The uniqueness of these prints, just as the car, is worth a lot in itself. 1 of 500? IDK, to me that's a great price for something so rare. whether he hand painted them, used a silk-screening process, or manipulated some 1's and 0's...it's all art. If I could get a hold of one, I'd definitely think about getting one for my (not so far in the future) 'trophy' room.
Thanks for the video, too. it's nice to get a glimpse inside what these artists go through and think about when they design something.

Glad you guys like the video. It was like informative on how both artist worked, the car maker and the poster designer.
I might give in and get it next month latest. Look nice in my office. Even when I don't own the car some day. I think I'll remember all the fun I had with it.
