E86 Miles and Value

Just wondering about low miles Z4 M Coupes. Anyone out there have under 10K miles on theirs? What's the value atm?

Looking at a Z4MCoupeBuyersGuide, there is a 5700 mile Black coupe listed for $47000 by Avazi Auto Group, a 12000 mile Titanium Silver coupe listed for $37000 by BMW of Bellevue (looks to be a pretty good deal), and a 22305 mile Imola Red coupe by Enthusiast Auto Group for $46000.

Based on those prices I would estimate that a private party stock 10000 mile coupe would be around $40000. Avazi and Enthusiast Auto Group mark up their cars a considerable amount, but they do put in a great deal of effort to find and clean up the cars they do put up for sale.

$37k for a 12k-mile car is outstanding, if there are no gotcha's. Wow. That thing won't last at that price.

EDIT: 1-owner car, clean Carfax, and has extended leather! Too bad it has nav, that's a big downer (though not to some I suppose). Somebody will snap this up VERY quickly. Very early production, May 2006.
