jack point lift block part number?

hey so i took a turn a little too tight at the car wash. I ended up ramping the car and breaking my jack point lift block off. fortunatly there is only a small rash on the bottom outer most point of the bumper.

Ive searched mileone.com and cannot find the replacement part. Now I believe Ive heard this part is notorious for "falling" off sooo anyone have one they want to sell me? or atleast show me the part and number?

I feel like crap.. might have to wash wax and condition the interior to say sorry to CandyCane.
