No good Z4 books?????

I was hoping to find a good informational book all about the Z4 with an emphasis on the coupes. It looks like one was never made though. Through some quick looking I found a book called "Designed for success Sports cars". The Z4 3.0si is specifically listed on the back cover so I thought this might be what I was looking for. Boy was I wrong!!!!!!!

There was two freaking sentences about the car. Only 2! Not only that but the pic they had for it was a M roadster. They also called the car a Z4 3.0si Sport. Never even heard of the sport before. Talk about disappointing. Whatever you do don't pick this book up.

I got this book about a year ago:

https://www.amazon.com/BMW-Z4-Develo...ds=bmw+z4+book

Wasn't $100 like it's listed for now (I maybe paid $40), but it's pretty extensive regarding the Z4 -- not a huge emphasis on coupes though.

I have that one as well and it gets into a lot of detail about the development of the E85 Z4. Its quite a nice read for Z4 fans.

Hey Rob,

Yeah I saw that and it may be the route I'm forced to go. That price is ridiculous though. It was released years before the coupe but it would be nice to read about the heritage.

I've got this book which is a nice read, just in general a nice compilation of a LOT of BMWs. The Z4 is covered, but only over the course of a couple of pages.

The reason not many books were made......It would be way to short to publish.

Page 1.

E86 coupes are beautiful, fast, fun, noisy, and a bit finnicky

THE END

Here's some reading

I searched google and found that the few pages in this book are online for reading. This way you can decide if you'd like it in your collection! If the images don't load, just scroll up and down, it eventually loaded for me.
