No audio for phone calls over bluetooth
I have a strange problem that has just recently occurred.
When I make or receive a call there is no audio and the other person cannot hear me. I've got an Android phone but I have also tried an iPhone and the problem is still there so the issue looks to be with the car. I've tried:
The car makes and receives calls fine and I can see the phone is connecting but there is no sound through the car speakers. Has anyone else had this issue or know of how to fix it? I had heard of people wth other models resetting the audio system but I have no idea of how to do this. I've got the premium sound system with CID.

Does the music play via the radio….
Is it in “Bluetooth mode” on the radio…. If using Blu-bus are you in the correct mode… If using a Bluetooth adapter plugged into the “aux” circuit… is the radio on aux… And finally…. Is your amp working (not applicable if you can get music via the speakers….) I have the Carver DSP system/amp…..and blu-bus and have on occasion unable to hear. I solved the problem by trial and error and damned if I can remember exactly what I did in that case…. But resetting…unplugging… reloading blu-bus software (ensure you have the upgraded version for carver/DSP connectivity… worked with Ted/Blubus developer on that update) eventually restored my audio. Edit to add…. With Blubus… pressing Button 1 “pauses” music playback… pressing it again, restores/unpauses audio.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
Yes, I get audio through the speakers via Radio and all other inputs. “Bluetooth mode” on the radio What do you mean by this? I am not using any Bluetooth adapter. Just the factory TCU Bluetooth system. Coincidently, I have been researching the BlueBus system if I cannot get this fixed as it would add extra functionality in the form of Audio streaming. I have a question for you. With BB how do you select tracks on the head unit or Nav screen? I know you can do track up and down but can you select the artist or song via the head unit?

My radio was non nav…
I had Audiovox system prior to my Bluebus unit. With Bluebus I get a BT selection on my radio but different radios/radio systems may differ. I’d just get the Bluebus…. Bluebus.dev has further info if you follow the various links and dig down.
