I've been making these shirts for awhile now and it occurred to me that I should post a thread here in the For Sale section. Original thread here.

I've been sourcing my shirts from Costco since they've been selling a nice CK Polo for about $17. Problem is the stock is dwindling and they've run out of grey. I recently did an huge order for Police polos from LA Police Gear. The shirts are pretty nice quality. If you're interested I'll put together a group buy and get a discount in shipping etc. For the CK Polos from Costco I was charging $36 for one design on the chest, or $40 for design on both front and back.

Since these shirts are a little cheaper you can pick shirt color black, red, blue or tan. $30 for chest only or $34 for front and back. I'm also working on some Tshirts for those of you who want something a little cheaper or casual.

I also have 3 medium Columbia fleeces that a customer cancelled on me. The MSRP on the fleeces was $45. There's already a Columbia logo on the chest, but the back would make a nice canvas for a logo. Let me know what you want on the back. $39 shipped to you. Only 3 mediums available.

Am I too late now? I would like an XL black shirt with the car outline and Z4 on the front left side, nothing on the back.

is it possible to have "Z4 3.0si" instead of just Z4?

I was trying to get all the orders together so I could get a deal on shipping, but most people wanted the CK shirts. I'll add your XL black to the list.

You sure you want 3.0si? That's going to be alot to fit inside the car logo. Roadster logo correct?

I went to Costco to pick up some shirts and the old greys are all but sold out. The did have a mountain of new colors! They don't have black in many sizes.

All I had was my crappy cameraphone, so the colors weren't accurately captured, but these pics will give you some ideas:

I'd say Slate is my new favorite since it goes with either khakis or jeans.

Purple (not for me, but it does look nice)


Light Blue


Dark Blue (more like a royal blue)


Green (seafoam green)

Doh! I'm such a jerk. I never sent your shipping info. Yes, your package went out Tuesday. I got into the post office at 4:50pm on Monday and to use the US Flat Rate box to Canada was going to cost $32!! I had to repack it in a different box and send it the next day.

That blue shirt you got is ULTRA rare. Costco doesn't have them anymore. And the Z4 logo in copper came out pretty damn cool.

Well tomorrow (Aug 15) I am off on my driving tour.... Sask, Alta, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, BC, Alta, and then back home.... somewhere in the neighborhood of 2500 odd miles I suspect. I can't wait!


...so I will have to wait on the shirts... But I will be wearing the one I have now!

Every once in a while my machine gets hungry and decides to eat a shirt. What really happens is the table that moves up/down, left right snags a corner of the shirt and the needle punches right through it. After about 10 stitches the needle breaks and I have a shirt that I can't give to a customer. I'd keep it for myself (I have a ton of goof shirts and test shirts, but I can't fit into a Large).

So up for grabs is a Large CK shirt that would be perfect for changing oil, getting dirty etc. Except for the few holes in the lower front the shirt is fine.

The shirt cost me $16.99 plus tax plus embroidery. $15 and I'll ship it to 48 states (sorry Canada, USPS rapes me on the flat rate boxes).
