Soft Top resale?

I recently had my very good conditioned soft top replaced and was wondering if it's worth selling. The top itself is in really good condition but i guess when the replaced it they broke a couple of the clips.

Do you guys think I can sell this or just throw it away?

Garage List
Are those clips a MUST or can it still function the way it should? How much would you be selling for?

I don't know the dealer installed it. Just note the clips are not missing but if you zoom close two of them are cracked/broken. I don't know if they can be glued.

No idea on price because I wasn't sure it was useable. If i remember correctly a new one cost $1700 (~$4k installed)so I was hoping this can help someone out and this one is 10 years old so it's a "make me an offer" for it kind of thing.

If it’s in decent condition I say keep it as a spare.

If it is still in good condition why did you have it replaced?

That said, I have some of those bits broken on mine just from heat/age/vibration.
I put some big washers over the broken bits.

Why did you get it replaced? Is there some kind of defect?

I had an accident and they had to replace the left rear quarter panel and they couldn't figure out how to re-install it without replacing the top. It didn't make much sense to me but that's what i got from the dealer and the body shop.

I attached before and after photos.

Thought I would keep it as a spare first but it's taking up space in my garage and im worried that it would eventually wrinkle or leave permanent marks tucked away.
