A/C dryer
As part of the rebuild I had the A/C system evacuated, I've changed all of the seals and am now re assembling.
The new dryer is still sealed up and I won't be able to get the car to the garage for a recharge until spring. So the question is can I go ahead and remove the seals and hook up the A/C lines to it or should I wait until just before it goes for a recharge? Thanks

I am not mechanic but The way I understand this system works I wouldn't do it. When you recharge system machine creates vacuum, before filling it up with refrigerant. Dryer is highly moisture absorbent so I understand it would draw moisture from the inside of the system that hasn't been vacuumed out.

Good call. That's the way I'd do it.
