Bored while wife and kid are at church...

The day was overcast, which was better for a mid-day shoot.

Well if you were bored I'm sure they would have loved it if you would have joined them. Nice looking cars!

I’m sorry, but I get 1.5-2 hours all by myself once a week. No matter how bored, that “me” time is invaluable.

Especially when you’re going through a MID LIFE CRISIS.

I saw a sign once when I was much more into mountain biking that said:

"I would rather be in the woods riding my bike thinking about God, than sitting in church thinking about mounting biking."

You could change it to be:
I would rather be driving lost in rural America, than sitting in church thinking about driving.

Then again, being a non-practicing Catholic 52 year old...I would rather do just about anything than go to church, any church.

As a devout Pastafarian I also get a couple of hours of me time on Sunday mornings that I usually spend playing Destiny and pondering the noodley goodness of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Wish I still had a few hours a week to play Destiny myself. Was easy to give up at the beginning of D2, but apparently it has turned around again.

Nice shots, take it the Zed is not the daily.

Southern California. It NEVER rains here. UNLESS I'm going to the track*. I still have a stack of r-comps in the garage, so I drive the Moupe on its track tires.

As I do with the Corvette (it's got Cup 2 tires on it).

Plus my daily commute is about the 25 ft or so from my bed to my desk, so...Yeah.

Plus I've got "other" cars to take when it does rain.

* Of course, the ONE day that it actually rained, was a day I'm going to Auto Club Speedway to stretch the legs of the Corvette:

Last of the semi-dry session.
