I have done a few mods since I got my car last month, here's a few snaps.

Volk RE-30
Eibach Springs
Venture Shield Bra
Color Match Reflector
Black chrome M emblems
Blacked out grill

Hey,

At first I used the black out tape but that didn't work out. I use paint spray and thats working ok.

Yup the PNR by the OBX, 5 min from my house. Told ya this Volks fits the car better than other Volks

wow that looks awesome. Where did you get the ebach springs? I didnt know they had fitment for our car. And how much do those volks weigh? they look light

im literally sitting here with my grills taken apart and fighting with the tape... the trim worked out ok but im getting frustrated with the slots....

i cant believe ive never seen you... i live in princes bay! how old are you?

Very good looking car! Basically all it needs is some tint, and wheel caps.

Thanks!. . . Well it was a challange trying to obtain the Eibach springs. At first I contacted overseas shops since the springs are available in Germany but not in U.S. and w/ shipping it was too much money.

Then went to my local shop and they contacted Eibach USA and they inform us that they can get the springs but i'll take 2 months. Then they called us back saying they have a set in the managers office sitting there, the only set in the U.S., got lucky. ..If you don't mind the wait here's the part # 2095.140.
They are great springs very smooth, perfect drop, they ride better than stock.

The wheels weight 17lbs front 18lbs rear.

Thats a pain in the butt, the corners are so aggresive and its hard fighting w/ the tape. After all the work I did 2 days later the tape started to lift. Wait for a hot day i'll lift, you better off painting it. . . I am 26.

yeah if you look in the photo section, i posted the progress of the grills but it doesnt look perfect either.... ill prob paint them next weekend.... shouldve seen the look on my neighbors face when i walked upto my car, ripped out the grills and walked back into the house

wow thats light... thats like the nismos i had on my 350... 16-17lbs a piece... but i dont think that would compliment my car

Careful with ordinary paint, bugs cause it to chip off like crazy at ordinary highway speeds. I used Dupli-Color Adhesion Promoter and that has lasted about a month with only a few chips, considering i run about 80-90 on the interstate sometimes. Good luck and hope this helps anyone who is thinking about painting their grills.
