What is this air tube?

So far I haven't figured out what this air tube is for, can anyone help?
It is in the engine bay, P/S against the firewall.

If it's the same as the non M I believe it's tied into the cowl for rain drainage.
That one way flapper is likely full of debris.

Yes it was, I removed the rubber end piece and it was mostly plugged with leaves and pine needles.

It's got 4 tubes at the back diffuser that make a lovely sound
