Black Lights vs Silver Lights - Consensus?

Hi Guys. I'm wanting to do an OEM+ resto job on the cheap Si Coupe I bought.
Plan is to take care of the suspension (currently stance coilovers) sort some paintwork, and rust, then just enjoy.
But me being me I've had some aesthetic ideas. I've sprayed the grill black and fitted some black BBS CH wheels.
I've had the bumper off to fit a new bumper bracket and replacement headlight, and while I was at it I decided to spray the front braces yas marina.
I'd quite like to have the whole wing mirror assembly and the roof sprayed gloss black?
And I've seen a couple of front bumpers with the area below the black grill sprayed black, which I think I will do too.
The question now is lights, I do quite like the silver, but I'm wandering if the black would look better with all these other black items..
Thoughts appreciated, and any tips for replacement suspension ideas that won't break the bank, currently thinking ST XTA, but possibly overkill for what I will use the car for. Plus I need to spend a lot on other drive train refreshment bits...
