Z4M Brake Master Cylinder
Hi All,
Just a sanity check. Is it really impossible to find a master cylinder directly from ate or a rebuild kit? I'm pretty sure that mine is bypassing, and paying the markup for a genuine BMW part which comes clearly marked "ate" is pretty frustrating. Just checking to see if there is something that I overlooked. Thanks, Lee |

Bimmerworld seems to have the best price. You could just disassemble and clean it, might just be some muck in there.

The best price I found was at BMWpartsnow, $511, and my local dealer committed to match it.
I ordered a Raybestos reman from Rockauto (I know, I know) for $100. Since there's no core, this will allow me to break mine down & see what's up while still being able to use the car. I can then monitor prices and do a more extensive search for a reman kit. Thanks! |
