custom headers

What do you think about this header. Custom made in Turkey .304 ss for e85/86. does it fit and work on my si. And does it increase the power. The price is 165 USD

Flanges show taht they won't work on N52 (SI) but will on M54, looks like all the ebay ones for M54 too.
