I always leave my house around 6:30AM and make it in time for the meetings, but that's cause I drive briskly according to traffic and it takes me about an hour to get to Laguna. I figured meeting almost about an eighth of the way there at 6:30AM would do it, but if you guys want, I'm okay with 6AM. I've no problems getting up early if I have to. I don't drink nearly as much as Mike

At least the driver's meeting isn't at 7am! I think with the good chance of wet weather in the AM, idiots on the road in the wet, you're better off leaving more time. Folks don't know how to drive in the rain here (unlike Oregon). Plus, how am I going to be able to bother you before the driver's meeting if you're not in the paddock until right before it starts? |

That is correct. I'll see you caravan folk at the Starbucks bright and early 'round 6AM.

I'm just about to sleep x_X ugh...going to need Laguna's breakfast burrito tomorrow and a power nap or two lol.
By the way, there's a Shell gas station a couple of miles off-site for those that don't want to get ripped off by the on-site pumps, just ket me know and we can caravan over or something. I'll try to remember to make an announcement before I go fill up, just to see if anyone else needs to go as well |

Z4 takeover @ Laguna was a success today with 9 E86s and an E89.
Thanks for coming out guys! It was loads of fun. Great job for all the first-timers @ Laguna, and hats off to those new to the track scene; God knows today's cold and wet conditions weren't favorable for motorsports. But we stuck it out, and shoved one up mother nature's holiest of holes. Can't hardly wait for our next outting together. Cali Zpost ftmfw! If ya'll have pix and/or video, post them up! |

Have to get details. Krissi says "they jinx themselves, I don't have to do anything."
Congrats to the Zpost crew for driving well within themselves and staying out of trouble. Conditions were "challenging" on the track, but I learned a few things today, and I'll bet others did as well. Lets shoot for a nice dry day next time (May perhaps)? Kudos to Lon for organizing this outing too! |

It was great to meet everyone.
Sorry I had to bail early. Turns out I ended up catching a bug likely a result of a 80hr work week kill my motivation after my 3rd session. Looking forward to the new year! Separately, I just did smog and it passed!
