HELP! SS line problem!!
Hey all need some help here!
A while back I ordered some ss lines, carbon pads, and new fluid from EAS. Didn't look at it all that much when I got it. When I went to install today I realized the ss lines they sent me read on the package they were for an e46 M3. I checked out the rears and they don't fit. fronts were close but the black knob in the middle would have to be slid down to be in the right spot. Who has installed these before and what should I do? I didn't put on any of the lines or mess with them in any way but I did put the pads on and put the new fluid in. Advise???? Thanks!!!

My two cents. Call EAS tomorrow, see if they can fix it for you. Don't try and make them fit.
I just added Stoptech SS lines, shop said they fit perfectly. (I didn't do the install, ran out of time, and had it done while the car was in for alignment.) Part numbers for the Stoptechs can be found below. Rear 950.34523 Front 950.34001 Last edited by Finnegan; 04-15-2012 at 06:55 PM.. |
