Does anyone have any info regarding the AC Schnitzer Carbon Fiber front spoiler?
Hi everyone,
I'm interested in the AC Schnitzer carbon fiber front spoiler/flipper things, but there seems to be even less information about these parts than the diffuser I just bought lol. They're pretty pricey of course, so I'd like to know exactly what I'm getting. From some pictures, it almost looks as if the entire piece goes half way up the bumper, covering the air intakes etc, with only the bottom part of the spoiler being CF. Does anybody have pics of how these parts look when they arrive at your door? Anyone have an installation schematic? I'm very concerned that with my car being dropped so much, the "fangs" will sit too low and will strike speed bumps etc. However, from some of the pics I've seen, it almost looks like the height is no different than stock. Sort of looks like you either cut away the stock fangs, or these AC Schnitzer parts just cover them. Does anyone have any helpful info here? The place I would buy them from only has actual pictures of the flippers for M5s and M6s, and they don't look quite the same. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Please take a look at the below picture. From what it looks like, the pieces are quite large (once piece) and go half way up the bumper/cover the air intakes. *EDIT* looks like the link to my previous pic didn't work, trying again. Thanks for the help, but are you sure those are the same thing? It's doesn't look quite right (his look more molded into the bumper if you know what I mean), and I can't believe he'd paint over the CF?

These look like more of an after-thought than a moulded one-piece
