Hi Guys - not my car for sale but I went and checked this car out thoroughly in person.

It is a gem. Two owner, car spent 95% of its life in Texas before residing under a car cover primarily in Minnesota. Older enthusiast owns it - interior and exterior are in pristine shape save for a few small nicks in the front (paint correction would solve). Hood needs leveling or alignment, rising up too high on the passenger front.

Pictures do not do this car justice and I assume that is why it has remained unsold for so long. Needs rear brake pads, could use fluids and fresh set of tires as well.

Did not get a chance to scour the underside but it looked clean with a flashlight, no history of bushings or motor mounts - assume those are needed soon. Started strong (fresh battery) and drove solid at low speed (did not take out of covered garage).

I was coveting this for myself but alas I could not bear to part with the Z4MC I have built a history with. Let me know if you need a hand or storage, this car deserves a proper home.

It's incredible it has been for sale this long. He admitted the CarFax is not clean due to a paintless dent removal (rear bumper) odometer error - not uncommon if you know CarFax or shop typos. The previous owner and him are working to correct it.

I have seen and driven enough coupes to know this example is a steal. Wish I had a time machine or $$

I opened it up and it seems to be a malfunctioning hood spring on the passenger, latches (3) look fine. There is no history or evidence of a front collision and a shop can realign the entire hood if so inclined.

Not seeing how bmwcca member = track use. Know plenty of people that are registered members and never once considered tracking their bm's.

Previous owner was gifted a Spartanburg driving experience - both these owners are past their racing years and big BMW enthusiasts.

Somebody is going to get a helluva car. No 12 year old used car is without a few issues but these are MINOR at best.

No affiliation with the gentleman selling, I hope this car ends up in a good home and not EAG or BaT.
