BMW Z4M complete conversion for E85 fuel
Hi,
I’m doing E85 fuel conversion to my Z4M and need a complete AN6 fuel line kit. I have Radium Fuel Rail, but I need the following parts: - Radium AN6 fuel pressure regulator - Radium AN6 fuel filter - Full AN6 fuel lines (including correct length for each line as factory lines) - Advanced Fuel Dynamics Proflex connections How can I find the entire list of fuel lines in the car and their length? Has anyone here made this conversion and can give me all the right information? |

I remember when I was interested in upgrading fueling the radium fuel stuff from the e46 does not fit the Z4m. The fuel system is different including the fuel pump, fuel feed line to the rail, fuel pressure regulator, etc. You're best bet is to upgrade injectors and use Josh (Pokey) aka Severn Tuning. The stock z4m fuel system can handle e85.

I don't sure that the stock Z4M fuel system can handle E85 fuel, but I want to upgrade the fuel lines. This kit is not compatible with the Z4M? http://www.radiumauto.com/FPR-and-Fu...-M3-P1594.aspx |

I have upgraded injectors and upgraded fuel pump (Walbro 525LPH), is it enough to run 100% E85 fuel safely?

Looking at E46 and E92 M3's, no supercharger kit requires or gets close to needing a fuel line upgrade, just injectors are included in the kits.

As far as I know, the main reason to upgrade the fuel lines so that they do not melt or damage with this fuel type. |

Stock z4m lines are fine to run e85. just be aware youll also need the radium fuel pulse damper. that kit you listed is for e46 m3, and no, its not compatible, unless you mod a lot of stuff...
