UK to Turkey M140i

Hi there I am new to the forum and thought i would post about my upcoming trip, I am driving from the UK (London) to Turkey (Istanbul) in a 2017 M140i 6speed and was wondering has anybody ever done such a long drive in a 140i as I wouldn't mind knowing about costs comfort etc

There’s nothing to it… take some pictures along the way.
Enjoy.

Check the weather report, bring some sun glasses and send it.

Also, maybe check your oil change interval, don't let that go too long.

I hope you are already considering this, but take the car to the service dealer for a thorough inspection prior to going on a trip like that, especially as specialized service centers may be quite spread apart.

Otherwise, enjoy!

That’s a pretty lengthy trip. I’ve only managed about half that in the past, albeit over a couple of weeks.

What speed did you hit on the Autobahn if you managed to get on one?

My best was 247km/h in a little Audi going down a hill - 1.9L Diesel (I think it was 1.9L, maybe it was 1.8, but could have sworn it said 1.9L on the back - this was 20 years ago).
