Hi, and thanks Z!
Having read the thread and seeing that resetting had not worked for a previous poster, I figured it was a firmware/software issue. But. . . it's good to check and per your suggestion I did the reset procedure, unfortunately the problem comes back and it's becoming tiresome to keep resetting the, er. . .settings.

Tom let us know what you find, this seems to be a problem with a few of us. I would love to keep the Dice if we can fix this isssue; let me know!

Will do, as soon as one of the reported modules arrives, we'll bench-test to see if it is a module or possible Z4-specific issue.

I am having the same problems with songs repeating and you have to get out of the playlist and back in to get it working again. I am local to you would you like me to stop by sometime?

Yes - we were able to see the error in action, we're awaiting a fix from DICE.

I just dropped my car off tonight to have the install done to the tune of $250.

Tom, should I tell them to hold off?

I think you can always swap out the module later on if they find a fix for it, or if they recall the module itself you can replace the old one. However, not sure how easy it would be for you to access it if you have it installed in the trunk. I'd say hold off for now

I am having them Velcro mount it in the storage compartment behind and between the seats. Therefore, if the issue isn't in the wiring (likely not), I can pull it out easily to send back or replace. Thanks for the thought, it is a good one.
