Couple pictures of my car

I washed the car last week and waxed with AutoGlym Super Resin Polish.

Took some pictures in my neighborhood.

Not bad with Hyperco springs 550f/650r. But with the KW springs, it was way too soft for the track with Hoosier R6 or even Hankook RS3...

Polish looks great.

Just curious for those with a supercharger. Since the CAI is tucked way inside the bumper, do you have to remove the bumper to get to the filter?

bumper off for filter services!!!

Price you pay for ess's awesome filter positioning, that blower gets gold stream of air and is properly isolated from the engine bay..

OP thanks for the info Re the clubsports, too soft?? i find them rock hard but, i guess at your level of trackdays i guess you maybe should have gone to the competition 3 way race set??

3 way competition is way too much for me since it's a weekend car. Even on my ex race car, Moton Clubsport 2 way was more than enough! I was running 900f/500r with Pirelli DS slicks 265-645-18.

Right now, with the new springs, they are the perfect compromise between street and track FOR ME. I prefer to have something decent at the track and a bit less comfortable for the street. My daily driver is an E70 X5 so the M Coupe is a car I take for funride or to the track.

What I don't like about the Clubsport is the spring rate choice KW made for the E85/E86 M platform. It's supposed to be a club racer/HPDE/track oriented suspension. I think they haven't spent a lot of time at the track to choose those springs... I have tracked a lot of other platforms with KW Clubsport (E92 M3, STi, 997, E46 M3, S2000) and the spring rate on those car was decent for track use. The spring rate on the e86 Clubsport would suit better with V3.

An e92 M3 with KW Clubsport got 515f/800r... It feels very good on the street and track.

I think this is why a lot of people choose Ground Control or TcKline S/A or D/A instead of KW, they can choose there own spring rate which will be around 500/550/600 front and 600/650/700 rear most of the time.

I won't be able to take pics of the coilovers with the Hyperco springs. I'm leaving for Hawaii in 2 days and won't have time before that. I will only be back mid spetember.
