My goodness, that certainly is "A bunch of stuff". Talk about a "while I'm in there" type of project. You gotta be looking forward to what looks to be a really improved drive. Stay patient.

I converted my headlights from halogen to LED all-in-one units, I.e., PWM decoder, fan, LED driver. Wow what a difference!

^^ are you sure you're not blinding oncoming traffic? Everything I read (other than from sellers) says that LEDs into halogen housings is a bad, bad idea, and also not street legal. You might want to test the glare situation by having someone you know drive towards you in the dark and see if they experience severe glare or not.

These LEDs are designed to match the length of halogen bulbs so the optics and thus beam patterns are unchanged.

Designed by whom? I'm not trying to bust your balls here, but I am sick and tired of being blinded by oncoming aftermarket junk headlight conversions, and that sounds exactly like what you've installed.

It’s also very easy to buy so-called “HID kits” and “LED bulbs” for halogen headlamps and fog lamps, even though they’re unsafe and illegal. Most drivers don’t realize the sheer complexity of headlight beams in terms of the right amounts of light that must be directed toward certain angles for the best visibility and yet away from others so you don’t dazzle other drivers.

You’re not hurting my feelings.

The low beams have a very clear cutoff when used in halogen housings. I adjusted the vertical alignment so that the upper part of the beam is at the headlight height at a distance of 25 ft. This is actually more conservative than is typically accepted where the beams hotspot is aimed at headlight height at 25 ft. After setting things up I pulled into my street and walked about 200ft away to view and was not blinded.

I’m comfortable that it’s set up correctly and not blinding other drivers.

Anyone have a minty fresh one laying around or should I order it on Ebay from Latvia (alone with a set of Carbon Leather trim)?
Don't think it ever went off track. If anything your post seems better suited for WTB in classifieds =)

I actually think it's fine b/c the factory halogens utilize a projector like the xenons so the beam isn't bouncing around like it does in open reflector housings. If he's adjusted the vertical like he claimed, I don't see it being an issue.

Got quite a few things purchased and mostly installed over the last week-ish...

Something I've been wanting for quite a while, the Evolve CF Airbox:

Also:

- RPI mufflers installed (holy crap, what a sound...)

- Valve adjustment and rod bearings replaced
- Strong Strut firewall/strut braces ordered

So all in all, it's been a car-focused last couple of weeks, haha.

Currently focusing on getting the garage itself. Got the week off so I've been painting the walls, putting together a Craftsman cabinet I bought a few weeks ago from Lowe's and organizing all my stuff. Eventually I'll get to overhauling my Roadster. Until then, you can see her in the background patiently waiting her turn.

Replaced the two upper O2 sensors. No errors but BMW recommends replacing at 100k miles. My car is at just over 219K miles.

It may be a placebo effect, but on my test drive it felt like it had more pull to it than previously

This is incredible....219K miles! Have you owned it the entire time? What is your mileage duration between oil changes? What oil do you use?
