I got rear ended by a Toyota Sienna today. I was stopped at a red light and the guy just rolled into me.

The annoying guy kept trying to wipe the dirt off my car with a rag and I kept yelling at him to stop wiping my car cuz he's scratching the paint.

I was about ready to punch him out cuz he wouldn't stop wiping my car!

He kept saying "no damage, no damage". I told him to stop wiping my car, give me all his information and let the body shop decide if there's damage.

Bumper is misaligned...

*sigh*... if there's swirl marks I'm making him pay for a new paint job.

Sorry to hear that. If someone was trying to wipe off my bumper after hitting it, I'd probably shove the rag down his throat. Not only does he hit your car, he trying to cover his damage by creating more. Moron.

Ya, I got hit twice in my Z4. Strangely both times my car was dirty and they just love to wipe it off, with their hands which is a little better then some shit rag. But, first time I got whole front bumper repainted and front right fender. Second time it was buffed out but I got "compensation" Good Luck with that, milk the crap out of it! AERO rear bumper?? YEAAAAA

That sucks man. Both cars are going to be MIA now. If my Zed ever got hit I don't know what I would do

Nah, I don't like the Aero rear.

But definately a re&re required at the least... waiting to get off work so I can swing by a body shop.

Oh, and Z4 still driveable. If anything, if the guy refuses to pay, I'll just go through insurance and get a rental car.

It's just a hassle.

It was actually an old Russian man. Kept trying to say there was no damage. It was him and that stupid rag rubbing against my car that pisses me off the most.

Went to BMW dealership fo a qoute on the body work, and they estimate $630 for parts and labour as the shock inside the bumper may be damaged.
