A woman needs to understand nutrition and weight training to lift/grow muscle size.

If women just spend their time running or heavy cardio they're burning fat as well as muscle.

In order to grow, you need to eat. But healthy macros. You also need to dedicate 1-2 days a week on specific muscle groups (2 for groups you want larger muscles) because after all- the ass is a muscle. Genetics has little to do with it.

Less cardio- more squats/sumo deadlifting (with real weight- as women don't have enough testosterone to get "manly" by simply lifting) and counting your macros will get you a full and voluminous tush
