so does it feel faster than your shot of nitrous?? the dyno shows more and more gains up top. Does it feel like it wants to rev even more to redline now?

OH MAN!! it's night and day compared to the nitrous. The 75 shot nitrous I was using was pretty cool....but fu@& this kit is scary! It ramps HARD and it wants to keep going. I swear the S54 was meant for this. It's like it's happy now It's like a tazmanian devil that wants to go F'n crazy....but in a linear fasion. In this heat with 91 octane I know the ecu was pulling timing and it still felt good. I'm also at 5300ft elevation here in Albuquerque and it's pulling very hard. Superchargers loose about 15-20% power at this elevation and it still gets my attention. I'm heading out early tomorrow morning for Memphis and will get some vids and pics off my Iphone.

Thanks...yeah it will be awkward trying to take a video with my Iphone while driving. I'll figure something out. The noise this little bitch makes climbing to redline sounds like a pissed off tiger or something It's sounds really cool

So happy to hear (read) that you got your baby back! Enjoy 40 through New Mexico and watch out for tumbleweeds. They're probably as big as the Z4!

Congrats man! Damn it would have been cool to meet up and see your roadster before it left AZ. Can't wait to hear more about her.

Thanks guys. I'm having the new pulley installed tomorrow and a dyno done. I will try to get some videos made in the next day or two. It's been over 100F with high humidity here in Memphis and the car is performing beautifully. I still can't believe how easy it is to take this car into triple digits...very fast!

Any word from Roman when they are going into retail production for the Vt-2 Z4M kit? The dyno from Good Speed on my VT-1 was 364hp at the cam and I would like to think I could hit 400hp with the intercooler and 93 octane.

He was saying a few months on hold. You should call him for better info though. I have all the pics and vids ready..I just need to upload and I will get that done today. I dynoed my car this morning at 440whp! this was with the extra pulley they gave me and a couple gallons of race gas mixed with 93octane. This was with stock U.S headers 93f temps and a hot engine. The first one they hit 445whp but didn't calibrate rpm's, so it gave false torque. The second one was 439.68whp and 304.61 torque. The last one was heat soaked at 419.52 and 295.31 torque. I think with Euro headers 455-460 whp easy and in 60f temps even more This kit is bad arse.

Good point on the air intake temp. My dyno was at a cool mid morning temp n Scottsdale, AZ with 97.7 degrees ambient and 123.8 degrees intake. I can't wait for the kit! Thanks for keeping us all up on the tests.

There is no ETA for a retail version of the VT2-500. We can do Z4M VT2-500 kits in house for customers who are willing to bring the car to us. For more info please feel free to email or PM me.

Ok, I can't find a solid reason to but or not buy an M coupe, but I see stuff like this, and I reach for the checkbook.
