Super rare spec Z4: N54 Manual Crimson Red w/ Ivory Leather Package

Item Interest
According to BMW, this is one of 3 or 4 (they were not sure) Z4 ever produced with what would seem to be a most popular color combination (at least in Ferrari circles). Crimson red with full extended leather along with the Ivory Leather (and suede) package and the twin turbo N54 and a manual gearbox. The 3 or 4 were were spread out across North America, Europe and Japan. Wheels were upgraded to M4 wheels with Michelin Pilot tires (4S or Supersport, I cannot remember) 255 front and 275 rear. Just 19k miles. An engine one can eat off. Fully loaded with I believe just about all available options, driving the price in 2009 to nearly $65k!

People probably care way more about the manual trans 35i than the color combo. Nice looking car though.

Thank you. Reality is there are a number of manual shift 35i E89.....not that many, but a number of them.

On the other hand, there are only ~3 like this one globally. I was not looking for a Z4 when I bought this. But I saw it and was hooked! I shipped it from one end of the country to the other. Plenty of Z4 in California but there were none like this! I collect car and order cars with PTS so color for me is a big deal along with N54 engine and manual shift = special car IMO.

Crimson red was not offered for very long and the manual option also went away, hence its rarity. And the only Z series, along with the Z1 and Z8, built in Germany whereas the others are built in S. Carolina.
