Clicking noise after installing kw v3
I recently installed kw v3's on my car and am very happy with the handling and ride
Only problem is that I'm hearing a clicking noise. It's seems to be worse when I turn the stearing wheel right for some reason. In fact I can make it click when I tug the stealing wheel to the right. I think it's coming from the frnt wheel. Im set on highest ride height with oem wheels. Anyone any ideas? Thanks |

No they're not. The noise has nearly vanished without me doing anything. I ordered a set of spacers that should be arriving shortly. I'll have to wait and see what difference it makes.

Common sound with kw coilovers. I have a set on my bmw e90 and it does the same occasionally. My friend with a x5m has the same issue. I think the dead coils bind sometimes and make some sounds at low speeds. My h&r coilovers on my z4m however are quiet

That's weird. I thought I had read that they should fit like oem and make no noise whatsoever. What's also weird is how the noise reduced drastically |

What H&R coilovers do you have and is the ride a lot harsher than stock?
