I've been on the fence about getting one for a while. Which one did you get?

Quickjack BL-7000SLX but I think 5000 is better option for our cars, 7000 a bit too long but no problem as you can see

It seems like the 3500 would do just fine... It says its for shorter wheelbase cars.

3500 is just fine - most of the Costco/etc deals are on the 5000 model. Can confirm both work

Older Model

Newer 5000 model

I bought the BL-5000SLX model at Costco for $999 about 1.5 years ago. It works for all three cars, the 2016 M4, the 2018 M3, and the 2006 Z4 M Roadster. I've done oil changes on all three cars and have done multiple brake pad swaps on the M3 & M4 getting the cars ready for track weekends. It beats having to drive up on a couple of planks to get the car high enough so that you can get the car up high enough to use even a low-profile jack, then jockeying with the jack stands, then doing the rear, etc. I can have any car 20" up in the air in 10 minutes.

The BL-3500 model would probably be fine for just a Z, but then you're limited in the future if you get a larger car. For the price difference you're better off getting the BL-5000.

Make sure that you get the newer QuickJack Wall Hangers Set that lets you hang the ramps on the wall. I used a couple pieces of cord and made a sling so that I can also hang one hose on each hanger. (Click for link)

I also purchased a Quickjack BL-5000 from costco for $999. I've used is many times and have been impress with how quick it is to set up and put away. I agree the BL-3500 would work fine for the Z4, but it limits you for use on heavier vehicles. I've used it on my Z4MC, 525i, X3, 4runner, Corrado and S10 pickup. Note: the 525i lift points are too far apart by a few inches for the BL-5000SLX and the quickjack fame extension accessory is $265 shipped, so I made extensions from some 2x8s that work perfectly.

I didn't know about the wall hangers, they must be new, cause I didn't see them on their site when I bought mine over 1 year ago. I might look into getting a set.

I only saw them in a video a couple of months ago but they've apparently been around for awhile. As soon as I saw them I ordered them immediately. I had the ramps standing on end in a corner with a couple of eyebolts and a chain with carabiners to hold them in place, but these are way better, as long as you have space on a wall and can mount them directly into a stud.

Only a couple of nits, they should have been gloss black to match the ramps and the hooks could have been a little wider so that you could also hang the hoses from the hooks. As I mentioned, I made a sling out of some cord and I hang the sling from the hooks. Some day, if I have absolutely nothing else to do, I may take them down and spray paint them.

I don't mind the hangers not being black. If I designed it, there would be L-brackets on the top to hold a small shelf for the power unit and hooks to hold the hoses. I might ask for a set for Christmas, unless I fabricate something better before then

I'm old and feeble, I probably couldn't lift the hydraulic pump up that high! It's bad enough moving the ramps around.

Plan on buying some relatively soon. Seems like a reasonably priced, useful tool. With the weight ratings I will go with the 5000, just to make it useful for more cars.

I here ya, I'm old too, but over 6' tall and currently keep the pump on a shelf about head high, so it'd work ok for me. Come on, the jacks have wheels

Used them on something a little heavier. Job was entire drivetrain fluids and F&R brakes. Here's some pics showing the versatility (note the tool creeper, it's really useful to keep your tools with you).

Today only, home depot has quickjack accessories on sale. Picked up the hangers for $27 shipped. Was looking at the suv/truck height adapters for my pickup, but even @ $200 shipped I'm not sure, I've been using sections of 4x4s.

Wow, price increase, they used to go for $999 without the extras. Don't think the extras are worth $200 more considering I just got the hangers for $27 shipped you don't need the pinch weld blocks for the BMWs

Agree on the price increase but I think still by far the cheapest place to get it. Quick Jack sells this model direct for $1416 without the extras.

This was my first impression when I saw the price and the bundle contents.

No, the $999 price was for the 5000SLX before the increase with the bundle.
