F80 brakes on Z4M

I’m exploring options on brakes replacement for my Z4M. Not a track car but I would like to upgrade a little. Right now, the options are the brembo 996 or the 135i brembo calipers but what about the F80 M3? I seen a few E46 online with them so it should be possible. Has anyone done it?

Garage List
Of the 3, 996 is the most popular. 135i looks nice but generally considered a downgrade from the stock brakes. And to get those up to track duty requires new pistons and seals which is pretty expensive. Re F80, still pretty "new" so doubt anyone here has messed around with them.
