Polished & Waxed M Coupe

So I did some Meguiars polish and P21S wax. Probably need a better camera to illustrate quality of finish...

Car looks like it was just painted and still wet. Great job! Time well spent on a beautiful car. Did you use a machine to apply the wax?

Looks nice. Did you clay? Detailing you see the results in the steps prior to wax and polish typically. Although, with these cars so new they hardly need much work to make them look perfect. Very well done!

BTW what tires are those? They look to have some massive tread - almost like a snow tires

Niiiice. Something about that rear quarter, passenger side angle that makes these cars look especially cool. My laptop wallpaper is a shot of my Roadie from the same angle.

Put the mufflers back on as I was debating selling. I might put them back on now that I think I'm going to keep it but I have gotten a bit spoiled without any drone :-)

Then again, I miss the nasty snarl too!

Nice - yeah, I'd keep the stock system. I got sick of my old loud B&B exhaust on my E36 M3 and regretted getting rid of the stock system.

Look into getting some metal polish to clean up the exhaust tips and they clean up quite well...

Good luck and again nice job!

You don't need a "better" camera", you just need a little post-production. A little Digital Noise Reduction, a little Contrast Color Range. Here you go.

I have been nervous about finding the right produts to use on Interlagos blue.
Your Coupe looks great!!

Any Pro's / Con's to what you have used?
Details and Tips would be much appreciated.

http://www.autopia.org/ is a great source if you are a detailing noob.

As long as you do your research, you can experiment with different products to determine the best results for interlagos.

As with anything paint related, the best details comes from the prep work e.g. washing, clay bar, cleanser / polish.

The Mothers Polish is excellent. Although may not be needed as much depending on the quality of your paint. But the P21S car wash and wax is superb!
