Holding out till First Snow

Yesterday was a surprisingly nice day so had to take the advantage before the weather turns. Landscape is pretty drab with all the leaves gone.

Usually begining of May to the end of September. This year it was kinda cold in the spring so I didn't take her out until the begining of June. So 4-5 months. I guess I could drive a part of October as well, but it's not worth paying an extra 200$ in tax and insurance to drive a couple of days in October I think.

We only get about 4 to 5 months too, just too darn hot the rest of the time. This year probably less, as winter is running waaay late. 42 yesterday.. :-\

Yup we will. I just tucked my Z4 away for the winter and pulled this out into prime spot in the garage:

Somehow, the Z4 appeals more to me than the 928. Dunno why LOL!

I don't know, that's a pretty damn nice snow blower. I looked at that one in the store, but I ended up buying one of these instead:
http://www.troybilt.com/equipment/tr...ker-2890-(2015)

Like you said, snowblowers just aren't as fun as the Z4 so I figured I can get a track model Troy Bilt with similar engine size for 3x less. Of course you're paying for that smooth as butter hydrostatic transmission, but I can deal with manually shifting my snowblower to save $2500

Don't you have a roof and A/C? What's the difference between driving the MC vs something else in hot weather?

Damn, I only pay $200 insurance for the entire 6-month driving season here! I have to pay excise taxes regardless of whether it's driven, but that's only $85/year.

Sorry, back on topic. What's Rattlesnake Point? I just googled it and it just looks like a nature/conservation trail for hiking, not driving.

It is a Conservation Park but there are a lot of great roads around it. I live around the corner, so try to make an excuse to get out for an extra long coffee run once a week. LOL

Insuring a BMW is expensive in Sweden if you're under 30 years old due to many idiots buying cars they can't handle and wreck them.

I know, right? I got dizzy watching that video. Like, really dizzy. I had to close my eyes at work for a few min to get over it.
