Quite frankly for those of you who keep complaining about the prices whether GB or not just need to back off this thread and quit jacking it with your complaints. I always tell anyone who tries to ball on a budget you gotta pay big to play big no shortcuts!

Money is not an issue lol.....I dumped 15k worth of parts and labor in a two week period without flinching....but 4k for a section 1 and back is questionable when the gains aren't really there. through in headers to mate and I would easily pay 6k maybe even 7k but it seems incomplete with a header setup to match.

The group by price is for the set of two.

The last picture in post #1 is the the race bypass V2. The race bypass V2 has OEM style flanges and is designed to work with an OEM X-pipe.

I don't have any pics of the 300cell cats. I beleive they look the same as the 100cell, but I will see if I can get any pics/info from DKF

Chris, a few questions.

Will the 300cell cats have O2 bungs?

Is it possible to only run s pipe and 100 or 300 cell cats, and go stock from there?

Thanks!

Yes to both.

I believe the 300cells are designed for direct interface to OEM X-pipe and the 100cells would require the adapters. I will have to confirm this with DKF.

Both will have the O2 sensor bungs

Couple of questions to re-confim.

I'm just curious, do you need the x-pipe and the cans to connect to the OEM S-pipe? in other words, will the cans themselves bolt on?

For section 2 you need the additional HW as it is a half system to bolt up to the OEM S-pipe correct?

Cheers,

1- Yes, you would need the x-pipe and the cans. The DKF mufflers are longer than OEM, so they will not bolt up to the OEM x-pipe

2- Yes, you would need the adaptors to bolt the section 2 half system (x-pipe + mufflers) to the OEM s-pipe.

Thanks Chris.

I'm going to wait for a bit more information before committing, where I will be looking at section 2 sport with the adaptors and hangers.

This exhaust has taken quite some time for me to make the money up.... and im still not quite their :-)

Didn't you mention in a different thread you were pulling the trigger on the Lutz turbo kit? I've never seen anyone say one thing and then back out and do another thing as much as you, glad money isn't an issue for you to keep changing your mind like that.

Good call
DKF and I are putting together a game plan to collect the needed dynos and info. Once the plan is ironed out there will be a new GB deadline, so that the post members will have the info needed

Can I use the following setup on on my NA: s-pipe/ race v1/x-pipe with Stock muffler? I don't have all the cash right now for the mufflers...so I might have to get a different muffler.
