E85 3.0i ESS supercharged question
Hey guys I’m at a loss so this is a Hail Mary.
I need to find a way to stop the car from torque limiting my setup, it’s pulling line pressure from the transmission causing clutch packs to burn up. Throwing a torque limit code. I also need to figure out how to turn off or otherwise ignore the rear o2 sensors. Just had the transmission rebuilt and don’t want to burn it up. Spent a lot of time with NCS expert and dummy over the last few days but haven’t found any setting that would alter or ignore these problems. No cracks or leaks in the intake flow at all, the ESS setup eliminates the disa valve so that’s moot. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated! Setup: e85 3.0i m54b30 - automatic ESS twin screw supercharger and short tube stainless headers 50k

You're not going to solve your issues with NCS Expert. The ECU needs certain tables tuned. I did a writeup of what is involved at https://www.renovelo.com/forum/viewt...=11&t=1575
Terraphantm gave some awesome information wrt solving the checksum which covers the torque tables. This is necessary if you use any of the flashing solutions other than ByteTuner.
