Great Z4M Coupe Well maintained, modest upgrades but mostly stock. The main aftermarket items are the Apex Wheels and RPI Exhaust. Both the OEM Wheels and Exhaust come with the car. In 2017 I rebuilt all the suspension and included some upgraded suspension parts from Bavarian Autosport as well as Bilstein sport struts. Has all current and prior owner's service records. 2 significant blemishes on the car are passenger front fender (clipped a road construction sign) and dent on trunk (caused by my elbow). A paintless dent removal guy can knock the dent out for $100. You're knocking nearly $4,000-6,000 value off the car for maybe about $500 worth of elbow grease.

I just wanted the future owner to see it before fixing it. I may take it by a dent-less shop—but I was weary due to the location on factory stamp lines in the fender.

I applaud the honesty, I do. But it's like guys who put "lightly tracked" on their for sale ads. Leave it off, people who don't know what to look for won't know, people who DO know what to look for will understand. Not that I would EVER want to sell my car, but if and when I must, I would remove what visual mods I can from the car (the APR front splitter, the Fancywide rear diffuser, and the Skyer rear lip spoiler) and other performance mods I can return to stock (KW Clubsport), I wouldn't disclose that the car probably has seen more track miles than highway miles (not really, but it's been to an average of 6-8 track days a year) and the front bumper has been resprayed due to the sand blasting it receives via following another car through the banks of Auto Club Speedway at 130mph. Nor would I disclose the fact that my in-laws opened their door too wide a few times into the front fender and dinged it right along the edge of the crease (fixed flawlessly by an expert PDR guy). Unless asked, of course. Advertising a used car is all about "need to know" basis, in my opinion. And in my case, if you don't need to know...The car is METICULOUSLY cared for, and once returned to stock, it looks like a garage queen.

I was surprised to check back in the forum and still see this for sale. I'm guessing it's not on CarGurus/AutoTrader/etc? I agree with The Hack with respect to the small dents - I've been very surprised at how the pros can fix such things.
You might consider selling off the spare set of wheels since they can't be carried back in the car. It may dissuade a buyer who is looking country-wide for such a color combo and planning to fly out to one and drive it back. (I'd keep the price at $24.5k in this instance.) |

Since i’ve been back on the forum recently looking to upgrade from “lightly tracked” to “regularly tracked”, I just wanted to close the loop on this thread. I bought this car from Brett via BringaTrailer without having seen it here first. I should've saved us some auction fees and looked here.
It took some time in the shop to get her ready for the five track weekends she’s been to in the 17 months since I bought her - but now she’s ready for a BBK and coilovers, she’s continuing to love her best life!
