New 06 z4 3.0si owner here. I'm seeing a LOT of us on the road!! Are you getting ready to put the z away for the winter yet?

I look forward to meeting some of you in the Spring for a meetup and a long drive with the new toy.

Welcome to the Z4 community.
I just gave her a bath and a good vacuum in preparation of putting her to sleep for the winter. Last year I used the alligator clips under the hood for my Battery Tender plus. Tomorrow I was going to try and attach the fused ring terminal harness direct to the battery in the trunk for easy connect/disconnect each year.
Spring can't get here soon enough!

Right? I just got the car a month or two ago. And the season is gone! So sad lol. I just start mine once a month when she is in hibernation. Nice to meet you

Welcome!! If you haven't checked out the Windy City BMW Chapter yet, they have events all year long, including a Karting series in January at K-1 Speed. Depending on your location, I recommend checking out the Supercar Saturday shows during the summer.

I practice the same winter storage as you, turn him over once a month and back in and out of the garage. Last year I had him out until mid December since we hadn't gotten any snow/salt on the roads yet. Heated Seats FTW!!

I'm out in the Downers area, I bet we've crossed paths LOL! Can you believe this crap weather? I thought for sure I'd be able to hold out until Christmas. But the salt is down now, nothing we can do but wait.
