Help! How do you access the torx screw holding the shoulder belt loop on the seat?
This is a 2003 Z4 2.5i non-M with manual seats.
Yes, I've removed the head rest and the upper torx screw and the shoulder belt. I've looked at the parts diagram which shows the outer section of the loop as a separate piece but I haven't been able to remove that piece-worried about damaging it. The parts diagram shows another screw holding the back half of the loop part to the seat but not how to access it. Does the back of the seat have to be removed to do that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. New seat covers are on the way. |

When I had my seats reupholstered, the shop commented that they had to completely remove the coverings and foam to get at that screw.
