Check out my new CocoMats.com

-They're freaking awesome
-The fitment is perfect
-The mats extend under both seats
-The driver mat has a very large, durable heel pad
-The passenger mat has mat coverage at the lower left corner where the transmission hump tucks in
-They are custom made and take apps 2 weeks to arrive
-Multiple colors to choose from
-Gives the Red Roadster a great finished, upgraded interior appearance

Nice sales pitch

I have a set of these in my coupe as well - they look immensely better than stock in my opinion and are of much sturdier construction.

Nope, not for me...but a search (cocoa mats + BMW Z4) came up with this...I chose red/black because I've got a red interior.

They fit so well, that there's really no where for them to slide to.
But I have to amend my previous "they still look brand new".
Just noticed that my blue dots aren't blue anymore, they're light grey.
Other than that they still look brand new.
Many years and many miles, with no notable wear on the heal pad or the weave.
My right heal would have gone through 4-5 sets of other mats by now.

Very true, and I've never washed mine, or even gotten them wet.
The dye just evaporates.

I contacted CoCo Mats and this is their response; suggest contacting them as they have noted:

Thank you for writing in.

"Yes, Coco is a natural fiber that is bleached and dyed, fading will occur as with any natural fiber/material/product. The quality is still fantastic. We also work with our customers 99.9% of the time they experience any dissatisfaction. We do not state they will not fade. We are working on some form of a rating chart for this situation though."

Enjoy! Please let us know if you need anything else.

Regards,
Crissy

Same here. I bought them used from a friend with an Interlagos Blue Coupe who was able to find a Maritime wood dash so he went with Coco Mats with a tan pattern that complemented the dash. Extremely durable, I'm using them to preserve the ///M floor mats which I have stored.

I love coco mats, I've bought probably 8 sets over the years to include my Z4M. I have the black w/ red dot in an Imola interior just like the picture above. Never been disappointed, even did a custom pattern with them one time. I have the trunk mat in the M Coupe. Overall I think it gives the car a very classy look while providing all weather protection. I might put rubber mats in a truck but in a BMW they make it look like a Rubbermaid bin. There's something to be said for aesthetics.
