Saw that too but I really detest ECS manufactured stuff. From shitty magnetic drain bolts to bs 2 piece floating rotors with questionable country of origins... I’ve not been impressed wish most of their in-house offerings.

Bingo. No personal first-hand experience but I do not want to be the guinea pig for this intake, will wait and read reviews.

Personally, I've never had any issues with ECS products in the past but this sucks to hear that. That is a damn good deal though...

Yea it’s tempting but seeing how that VAC manifold f’d up someone’s car (and they’re known for their quality), I may sit this one out as well and wait for others to review first.

Thank you for the share Residentj3553 and also thank you for your trust and support CJW2OO4.

Just to be clear, these airboxes while being carried by ECS in addition to Turner, are manufactured by Turner and will come with a 1-Year Warranty.

I have done hundreds of group-buy sales on m3forum and any time any issue has arisen with ECS or Turner, both were very quick and eager to bend over backwards to make things right and to make sure participants were more than satisfied, no questions asked. I do understand the hesitation though. Thank you again for the share, I figured this could help some of you also experience the unparalleled experience of the CSL induction roar when it comes to S54 ownership. It totally transforms the car and driving experience. For me, it was like going from a 330i and stepping into a DTM car. The closest I will ever get to the induction experience of driving a McLaren F1.

I would've joined the groupbuy already if I hadn't already bought an eventuri intake and wasn't waiting for pokeybritches to help me with a turbo build.

That induction roar is a must for anyone staying N/A

For guys that have already placed orders prior to the Group-Buy being organized, if you'd like to save additional money like the GB offers, ECS and Turner have both instructed me to let people know that they will need to cancel their existing order on file and reorder through me. Happy to help. That way you save additional money on the order and everything will be processed the same as if you placed the order through ECS/Turner's website.

For tune, I'd highly recommend Hassan Eido from HTE Performance, he is one of our well respected forum natives on M3forum.net. I actually have a group-buy for his tunes as well being that he is so good and unmatched in price. http://m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=611209

I'll try to check back here regularly for any questions you guys may have! Thank you again!

Guys, try to support out own Pokeybritches for tunes. Josh is amazing and a top bloke. Give him a shout in regards to the tune. He's doing my new tune.

Josh has been a huge contributer to these forums, would be nice to let him do your tune.

Turner/ECS (same company for some time now) doesn't manufacture anything - somebody is making this for them. Can anyone find out exactly who that is?

Agreed. This is a modification I would love to do on my car for the right price, however at OEM quality ($3-4K+) it does not offer enough return on investment.

My apologize about referring a tuner. I absolutely agree to support reputable forum locals. That's the best and your support WILL make an impact and difference to them. =)

Post #31/32 of the HTE group buy thread indicates he does not support the MSS70 in the Z4M anyway.

I run an Epic Alpha-N tune with my CSL box and it's been pretty good so far. They've had a 25% off sale for Black Friday on Bimmerworld the past 2 years so if you can wait for BF2020, might be worth it.

I bought one for my e46 m3. Just got this update last Monday 5/4

"Turner CSL Style Airboxes:
Update as of 5pm today:
"We are hoping our first production run lands in the next few weeks and we start fulfilling most of your orders by end of month, we expect all open orders to be completed and ship by mid to late June.

We are going to have them send us batches of 25-30 (more if they have them done and can fit on the pallet). ""
