Don’t waste time doing it on your own . I looked for receipt just now can’t find it. It was about 500 got a higher end quality. Call a local apolstry shop and ask how much it would be. Mine was $250 instal. I bought top ahead of time. Spend the extra to get a good one. Then put the ragg top protectant on it. I don’t wash my top unless it’s dirt and since it’s garage kept it doesn’t get dirty. Wash car but don’t wash top unless it really is dirty.

It’s crazy how much quotes vary but last time I looked into it I was quoted $800 for labor alone. And tbh I didn’t think that was that unreasonable considering it’s easily a 6-8 hour job even for a pro if done right. I’m guessing it would probably take me 2 full days lol.

Let’s see pics of the new one!

My mechanic quoted me $250 to remove old top and place a new one, and it’s not an upholstery shop
