Beautiful example - love how each color brings out different lines of the classic shape.

Did I hear it right that this guy said: "this car has navigation deleted" ?

Anyone else did this to their cars?

I keep thinking of deleting mine. It's just annoying as hell and only good for making lots of rattle noises.

It's just a different way of saying the absent of the navigation option

What he's saying is "navigation delete". I was stalking a potential purchase from Eric in 2018 and we were discussing the nav vs non-nav cars and their relative value. He told me that a non-nav car could bring as much as $4k more than a nav-equipped car. That sounds like an exaggeration to me, especially considering that some people actually prefer having it. But I'm squarely in the camp that wouldn't even consider a car equipped with it.

I'd think removing it wouldn't be that hard - you'd need the non-nav head unit to replace the original one, but those aren't hard to come by nor expensive. There would be some coding involved I'm sure. But then how to cover that massive hole on top of the dash? Sourcing a non-nav dash would be an option, but that sounds both expensive and labor-intensive. Just covering the hole then having the dash re-done in leather by an upholstery shop would probably be much cheaper and look great too.

Does EAG buy (at undervalued prices?) qualified (to their standards (e.g. no automatics, no accident history, service records, unmodified, blahblahblah?) vehicles, give them the EAG rejuvenation treatment (PDR if needed, all new fluids, replace wear&tear items (brakes, hoses, belts) and polish+wax) and then offer them for sale at xx% more? Or is their inventory consigned for a set %? Of coarse we all want to believe their advertised pricing is how much our cars are worth, however their pricing includes their reputation and (supposing great rejuvenation) services. Wonder if there's a happy seller out there (on this forum) that used EAG and why they went that route over selling (for EAG pricing) private party.
