FS: Low-milage Z4M Roadster
Here's a great opportunity to pick up a rare 2006 Z4M Roadster in pristine condition with low miles (35,xxx mi). This car has the highly desirable brushed aluminum trim with near flawless black nappa leather interior and very minimal wear on contact points. The car has remained 100% stock and I originally intended to keep it as a collector car. I have the title in-hand. No accidents and Carfax / AutoCheck reports are spotless with excellent history. It's turnkey ready and a great collectors and/or drivers car and needs nothing in terms of maintenance or repairs. Asking price lowered to $28,500 for the winter. Please send me a PM if you're interested. Thanks! **Maintenance History** The car had $2500+ of documented, preventative maintenance completed last year including a full Inspection II service, valve adjustment, oil change w/ Castrol 10W-60 TWS, new oil filter, new air filter, new A/C drive belt, new OEM xenon bulbs and new wipers. Brake rotors, pads and tires (Michelin Pilot Sport) have approx. 75% life remaining. **The Basics** - Clean title in-hand - No accidents - clean Carfax and AutoCheck report - No mechanical issues - every moving part, switch and bulb works as intended - Includes service records **Ownership and Care** - Always garage kept - never driven in snow, rarely in rain - Well maintained - oil changes every 5k miles w/ OEM Castrol 10W-60 TWS oil - Always used 93 octane Shell V-Power gasoline - Non-smoking, meticulous owner with no pets, food, drinks or kids allowed in car - Never tracked, mis-shifted, or abused - Car driven below 3k RPM until up to proper oil temperature - Hand washed only - Clay bar and waxed twice since last year - Spotless interior with minimal wear on leather surfaces - No rips or de-stitching in canvas top - Spotless undercarriage with no rust or corrosion **Packages and Features** - Premium Package + Cold Weather Package - Auto-dimming mirrors - Auto headlights - Power seats with driver memory - Heated seats - Rain sensing windshield wipers - Auto-leveling xenon headlights w/ washers - 10 speaker hi-fi audio system - Cruise control - BMW Assist - Bluetooth Last edited by KPop; 12-04-2016 at 11:48 PM.. |

got to be one of the few left like this?? beautiful , unpopular colour at new so these silver ones are surprisingly rare for such a common colour.

I haven't seen too many titanium silver ones around. I like the color since it's easy to keep clean and shows off the lines.

Been working hard test driving some possible replacement cars
4:30 - Quick 75% throttle jab in 2nd gear... 6:15 - First WOT pull in 2nd gear to redline 8:15 - Feeling 777 ft/lbs torque in 3rd gear 12:10 - Second WOT pull in 2nd gear (short-shifted at 5.5k rpm) Also, going to do an early oil change and replace the engine and cabin air filters next weekend. They're actually still in decent shape, but wanted an excuse to make a DIY video for my Podcast and YouTube channel |

Just did an early oil change and replaced the cabin air-filter and engine air filter today. I made a fun little DIY video that I'll share once I finish editing. The Z4M doesn't get as much love as other M-cars, so hoping to use my YouTube platform to change that...
I also discovered that I had a K&N air filter in the car! I replaced it with the OEM, so will be interesting to see if there's any noticeable difference in performance and/or fuel economy. Both the air and cabin filters didn't really need to be changed (neither did the oil), but I wanted to do it anyway because...why not? It took me 3 hours to do all of the work, being meticulous with everything. Next time I could probably do it in 1.5, but why rush it? It was a lot of fun! I'm now back on the fence if I want to sell it. I'll keep this post alive on our classifieds just in case, but for now, I'm really just enjoying the car. Still haven't cracked 35k miles |

In case you were curious, here's a DIY video I made when I changed the oil and air filters the other week. The car didn't really need it for another 1k miles, but I'm a little OCD and like to change the oil early.

Looks nice, miles are ok. Sitting on it almost 5 months and not sold it?
You'll probably have to put it into hibernation for the winter and take a hit on the price next season. GLWS |

Thanks. I'm not in any rush to sell it. In fact, I go back and forth about selling it every other week. This was the cleanest example I could find, drives perfectly and that's part of what makes it hard to part with. I'm sure I'll kick myself in 10 years time when these cars are selling way above my asking price now when the Z4M will be an analog oasis in a sea of electric and autonomous "appliances"
