duraflex rear bumper for quad exhaust
Has anyone got any experience with this company / product range? I'm looking at their rear bumper add-on to convert to a quad exhaust layout without going to the M-bumper as I don't like the facelift tail-lights. Pic links to their website.

Prices are certainly attractive. The vented side skirts look interesting.

That's a stolen image of a Hamaan Z4.

one of my friends had it of his Z, looks nice and oem, the down side is that you need to cut your current bumper to make it fit.

good find!
Cutting the bumper is one of my main concerns, but i haven't seen a pre-facelift bumper replacement that has the quad exhaust

Let me know if you find one. I've been on the prowl for a while. I finally gave up and ordered the single-tipped Supersprint race exhaust, pretty much eliminating the dual exhaust option. I'm now onto diffusers, and toyed with having the OEM one wrapped/clear coated in real carbon fiber before succumbing to defeat .

my car is an 05 and I replaced the rear bumper with the M bumper and I added a quad exhaust, believe me you are going to love it if you do the quad exhaust

I've always wanted a quad exhaust, was gonna put one on my V8 A6, but sold it before I got around to it. Really hoping I get the time to do it before the spring comes around as the zed is off the road anyway. I just need to find a suitable bumper solution...

were the corner issues related to the fact you have the post-facelift rear bumper, do you think?

Yes sir. Other than switching to the M. I chose the diffuser instead. But I got M in the front. I think all I need now is coilover and a set of really nice wheels then I'm all set. cosmetic wise )

I purchased this item from duraflex. It seems pretty well made and I'm currently in the process of the install. I have the pre-facelift model so it's essentially a perfect fit.

pics of ongoing install
The install ends up with a measurement of 13.5 inches from the edge of the fender well to the edge of the duraflex piece. The original exhaust hole has to be slightly trimmed on the left side for an even fit.

After installing some extra heat shielding around the battery box, I'm going with a 3 inch quad exhaust centered under the license plate, (similar to a corvette setup), then I will split the bottom piece to fill the side gaps with a mesh screen behind. The vertical pieces that come with the duraflex kit are fiberglass, so I'm going to remake them out of aluminum to match my spoiler supports. I wanted to go with something different.

Doing a full delete. I'm currently at work, (oil rig), so by the time I get home, everywhere, to get the exhaust done is closed. I'll be doing that the week after next. That gives me time for painting the duraflex piece, final install, and allows the install of the new heat shield once it gets here next week.
