WTB: Z4MR IR or IB

Cash in hand for the right car, and willing to travel. I've been eyeing these for a while as I have refined my search for a roadster. I have owned S54 cars in the past and quite a few BMWs in general, and currently have an E92 M3. Sell your roadster to me and it will be well taken care of as a fellow enthusiast.

Must haves:
Exterior - Imola or Interlagos
Interior - black w/either carbon or aluminum trim
Heated seats (I live in Wisconsin )
Clean title, clean interior condition and no haggard body work. I'm looking for a basically pristine car (other than obvious imperfections from being nearly 15 years old and driven)

Bonus points if you have:
- Single hump dashboard. I think this car looks way cleaner without the popup navigation screen
- any sort of CSL-style wheel (apex arc-8 or otherwise)
- Vanos proactively taken care of w/Beisan kit
- Aftermarket intake already on the car
- Mileage is not a concern but of course lower miles is always attractive.

I've got a 2007 Interlagos Blue M Coupe with 127,000 miles on it that I've been considering selling. There are some scratches, but nothing out of line with a 127k mile car - except perhaps some scrapes on the bumper. There are a couple of minor issues (miles to service counter won't reset to 0) but NOTHING mechanical or functional. I also have a set of winter wheels/tires I could include in the sale.
