Behind the scenes of my rig shoot

a good friend of mine took some shots for me tonight. i will post some photos up once he is done, but here are some pictures i took while we were setting everything up. i got a few questions of how to make these images, and here is a better visual idea for anyone who is wondering.

What is that pole made of? looks heavy!

its aluminium, and it does get pretty heavy when extended out 20ft. the mcoupe is rather hard to rig from the back because there aren't many flat surfaces to suction to. where you see the suction cups is pretty much the most flat and least curved areas on the car. i'll post up a pic from the front as well

Very nice Dub! Is the rig removed via post processing? I'd guess it would see itself otherwise?

yes sir. not very difficult since the camera is mounted below the bar, so most of the removal is in the sky and not retouching the car
