Tips during use
-DO NOT USE power tools. You may strip the threads on the metal blocks and or the threaded rod.

-Use plenty of heavy weight oil on all threads, rod, and washers. Heavy weight oil is highly recommended in every use.

-Make sure rod and block threads are clean before every use.

-Lubricate the tool and blocks to prevent rust and corrosion with sprays such as WD-40.

PM me with interest to rent and I will post availability on this thread on the top page! Thanks.

Thanks for offering this. How have you aligned new RTABs/carrier before tightening them? When I last thought about this, I figured that before I removed the old ones I would mark the position of the old RTAB/carrier to the trailing arm (mark it on the carrier).

You have to mark the mounting brace with the position of the bolts before you take them off. I used a metallic Sharpie marker that worked great. Good luck!

Tool rental

Is the E46 RTAB tool available for rent? If so, what is the soonest you could ship and from what state, assuming you're in USA.
