Possible to mount factory seats lower?
Howdy!
Got my first track session coming up in a few weeks and being 6'2 240lbs I'm concerned my helmet will stick past the roll bar/hoop and my car will not be allowed on track. Any big guys out there with the same experience? Is there a way to mount the factory seat lower? Thanks for your time! JB |

I'm *exactly* the same size, and I'm pretty sure I've got room for a helmet, but I've never tried. Not aware of any easy (or any for that matter) way to mount the seat lower.

Nothing objective to back this up but I swear my manual seats now feel like they go lower than my electric seats from before. Both have/had the M sport seats.
Else you can always replace driver side only with a bucket seat. If you to with bucket and no slider you’ll definitely pass the broomstick test.
