So... Did anyone look closely at the photos to assess the condition? I only know my own and a couple higher mileage, inexpensive examples from other BMW club owners locally.

Basically I'm curious if this one is typical for the miles, better than expected, or worse than expected (...for having 35k on the odo).

$34,980 in "Galleria Savings"?? They're really gonna compare MSRP in 2006, on a brand new car, with their price on this 14-year-old car and call it "savings"?

I wouldn't go within 10 miles of this dealership. If they'll post something that insane, there are SURE to be more shenanigans on tap for any poor prospective customer that walks into that joint.

Well the car passed inspection with very complimentary feedback and is on it's way to NJ.

The paint shield has been removed which sorted the mess on the front of it.

Well it was filthy after it's 1500 mile trip to NJ.
Spent yesterday cleaning it but it's getting there.
Overall the car looks to be in very good condition, so I'm happy
Not so happy about the 3-4 hour wait at the MVC so I'll try again this week.
