rats?

Again I cleaned the bay and sprayed peppermint oil mixed with water all over the engine bay. To the point it stung my eyes and the heat from engine made it smell like christmas. And a week later i see this. I need help, what do u guys do besides cats cuz i have dog?

Glue traps and regular spring traps baited with cheese and or peanut butter and the below. Place around the area infested, not in the car. Worked to exterminate entire family in about a week. Glue traps are great.

I use mint sachets that I bought from Home Depot. The sachets are small silk (?) pouches that are filled with an absorbent material that holds the scent longer. I have the sachets on top of the S54 (Z4 M Roadster) induction box, on top of the emission wiring (which they've chewed off), and in nooks and crannies where I've found rat poop/snail shells. When the mint smell wore off, I sprayed them with mint spray that I got on Amazon. I try and refresh the sachets every week or two because when I've gone longer, the rats came back.

Go to your local SiteOne and get some of the rat / mouse stations. Tell them you want the kind the rodents can't come back out of. They have a chemical block you put inside and it will kill them without the risk of them going somewhere else to die. Put them around the outside of your entire home to stop them before they get in.
